Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in the city of Orange California. With my wonderful partner JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where the majority of my followers are. I share my daily life, the good and the bad. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. When I was of one quarter I was accepted into my parents. In the hope of having an improved life, I wanted to do my best to please them and was focused on my success. My goal was to attend school in order to finish my studies and secure a good job. And then I wanted a wife and kids. My life that I planned for me wasn't what it turned out to be. The money and the status of my work didn't make me feel happy. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. I possessed a love of fitness and being social and helping others as I navigated towards this new path in life I was drawn to personal training. The year 2014 was the year I began my own business, and in the year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th anniversary. Very few Asian women work in the industry of fashion. My aim in the industry is to help create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that meets the needs of my clients. Also, I strive to inspire others to go after their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to in life. My career took off as I was experiencing the most happiness of my life. However, my mother died just as my career began to take off. Following an 8-year battle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's currently resting on Heaven. I will never forget her, and will always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. Life really does have the capacity to give us exactly what we need even if we're not able to comprehend the lesson in the moment. The death of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I believe she gave me a second chance in life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. The opportunity was there to start a new chapter in her life, and I got another chance to live an enjoyable and satisfying life. What I'm experiencing in my 30s is a sense of aliveness and awareness. It's like I am truly living, instead of just being. As I share the story of my journey, it's to ensure that other people can relate to my thoughts and feelings. In order to feel that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of genuine love. Therapy is necessary and is not abnormal. Also, wellness is your greatest wealth. You have only one life. I hope you live it to the fullest.
