Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale is a American professional basketball player for the Dallas Wings of the Women's National Basketball Association. She was a college basketball player with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, after which she was drafted by the Wings as the 5th overall selection in the 2019 WNBA draft. Arike Ogunbowale, born in Milwaukee Wisconsin on March 2, 1997 to Yolanda Ogunbowale and Gregory Ogunbowale. There are two brothers: Mario (26 year young) and Dare Ogunbowale (20 years old). Ogunbowale was awarded gold medals at the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship, 2013 FIBA U17 World Championship, as well as the 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship. The 7th of July 2014 was the day she was named to the 2014 USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team.
